Trinity Health Care Services works closely with patients, families, case managers and social workers to identify the needs of patients.

Medicare — Health insurance program for people 65 years of age and older, for some people with disabilities under the age of 65, and for people with end-stage renal failure.

Medicaid/Medicaid Waiver — Provides medical coverage to low-income children, families, pregnant women, elderly and persons with disabilities.

Managed Care/HMO — An association of health care professionals and facilities that provide a specified package of health care for a specified period of time. Often individual HMOs will contract with Trinity Heath Care Services, LLC. to care for members in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Private Insurance — Trinity accepts many of the major private insurance carriers and has contracts with several of them. On occasion, private insurers contract with Trinity on a patient by patient basis.

Self-Pay – In the event the patient is not covered under any of the above insurance plans, some choose to pay out-of-pocket for medical and home care services.

Trinity Health Care Services also accepts Workmen's Compensation.
